EXO4 PDA

EXO4 PDA has the following functions Inwards Goods, Stocktaking and Stock Transfers.

Inwards goods is made so simple with EXO4 PDA. Just select the supplier and purchase order number, and the inwards goods will be loaded on the PDA as a template. The user simply just scans away and the QTY amounts will automatically increment. The user can also tag items if they do not have a barcode or are damaged. The information is easily viewable by a report.

The inwards goods function also can retrieve the inwards goods template from MYOB EXO. This allows users to join multiple purchase orders together to create one inwards goods. The warehouse user on the PDA will then retrieve this template, scan the goods received and then press the button to upload to MYOB EXO. The PDA will update the QTY received column allowing the user to instantly move to the next process of costing.

Stook Lookup allows the user to scan the products on the shelf. They will be displayed with the correct price, bin code, Max and Min quantities and stock holding amounts. If the price is wrong, simply click on the button on the screen and a new shelf label will print. If there is room on the shelf to refill the product then create a refill list from the PDA as the user is displayed with the Free Stock, Committed and On Order amounts on the PDA for that item they have just scanned.

EXO4 PDA completely enchances the ability to complete stocktaking with MYOB EXO Business. It allows multiple PDA's to be used to complete the stocktaking at once. Also allows you to complete stocktakes by sections ID's which can easily be viewed by a report. This effectively allows mangement to pin point which count has taken where in their warehouse or shop.

Stock Transfers allows the users to scan items and transfer items to another location. You will need to have Distribution Advantage for this function.

All information is transferred back to the MYOB EXO database over the wireless network.
