The Support is $195.00 ex GST for each Support Incident. Support is available 9am – 5pm EST. Only available during weekdays and not public holidays.
There is no free Internet (remote access) or Phone Support by The RIC Group for their software.
Annual Licence Fee (ALF) is charged for each software licence on the PDA or PC which is $250.00 ex GST (AUD).
