Support Plan 1:

• Monthly support fee for priority service (contact us for pricing)
• Support calls are free for the first 30 minutes
• Support emails are free on this plan
• Reduced hourly rate for onsite support

Support Plan 2:

• $120.00 ex GST for each Support Incident.
• Recommended for occasional users of support services

Annual Licence Fee (ALF) is charged for each software licence on the PDA or PC which is $250.00 ex GST (AUD).
