December is always a busy period for most businesses and there is normally a bit of a rush to install software before the Christmas break.
One of customers using MYOB EXO asked us to install our EXO4 PDA software which integrates with MYOB EXO for Warehouse Management functions and needed our eParcel feature. Our Warehouse Mangement Solutions at The RIC Group integrate with eParcel which is an online delivery solution by Australia Post. You can see more information on eParcel here.
Our solution was implemented in one day and the customer went live. Our Warehouse Management Solutions are directly integrated with the ERP so all information is within the ERP (Accounting Package).
The feedback from the Managing Director of the client was : "Just love the package, and Don bought some touchscreen monitors, so the ease of button size and box selection. Mate, its better than I expected in user friendliness. Nice."
