During this deep-dive discovery, we:

• Capture Your Language: We map how you define and use pallets, zones, specific bins, and truck lanes, ensuring the system reflects your business.
• Identify Opportunities: We look beyond the surface, finding inefficiencies and bottlenecks that we can address in the future state.



2. The Blueprint: Aligning the Vision

3. Deploy TBO4: Optimization and Deployment

Once the blueprint is approved, we move to the technology. Our focus here is configuring TBO4 WMS to deliver maximum value from Day One.



• Workflow Configuration: We build the system to support the future state workflows we designed together.
• Optimized Routing: The system uses advanced algorithms to find the smartest, most efficient routes between inputs (Goods In) and outputs (Dispatch). We eliminate redundant travel and optimize picking paths to reduce cycle times.
• System Testing: We rigorously test the system in a non-production environment to ensure all configurations are working perfectly before your data is loaded.

4. Role-Based Training: Preparing Your Team

Technology is only powerful when the people using it are empowered. Our training program is not a generic "one-size-fits-all." We conduct Role-Based Training specifically designed for each function in your warehouse.

• Customized Curricula: We train pickers on how to optimize their pick paths, and receivers on the correct put-away procedures, with focused sessions on the "how" of their unique jobs.
• The Site Champion: We work in deep detail with your internal "Site Champion." This power user acts as your on-site expert and the bridge between operations and technology, ensuring knowledge is retained and propagated within your team.
  

5. Go-Live, Hypercare, and Continuous Improvement

Your project doesn’t end on your Go-Live date. We are with you every step of the way to manage the transition.

• Go-Live: We manage a seamless cut-over to the new system, transitioning your entire operation in a controlled and safe manner.
• Hypercare Phase: For the period immediately following Go-Live, we provide high-touch "hypercare." We are available for immediate on-site or remote support to resolve questions and ensure smooth operation.
• Configurable Success: The power of TBO4’s business layer means that most final tweaks and optimizations are handled through configuration, not complex recoding. This agility allows us to respond rapidly to your operational needs.
