​Our WMS is browser based so will work on any device with any operating system. This helps to future proof your business as it is not fixed to an operating system which can be a risk with other WMS solutions. It is certified with Acumatica 2018 R2 and one of the biggest key benefits is it will allow you to have a paperless warehouse.

Our WMS integrates with Acumatica using Web Service Endpoints. An end point really works by using requests and responses.

​There are key reasons we use a loosely coupled solution WMS with Acumatica:

1. ​The ERP (Acumatica) can stay vanilla with little customisation. Gives end users easier access to Acumatica upgrades.
2. The architecture provides much more flexibility in terms of runtime, services, UX.
3. The integration with Acumatica is exposed using web service end points. The end points are configurable data access logic. This does give the ability to the Acumatica Partner or Acumatica end user to enhance the logic of the WMS by adjusting the end points.
4. Our WMS can run on a separate server from where Acumatica is hosted. This is a fantastic option where security and privacy are imperative in today's multi cloud world.
5. There is the ability to deploy new features to the WMS without changing anything in Acumatica.
6. The RIC Group's WMS has an its own Rest API. This gives customers flexibility for integration with other applications in the multi cloud world.
7. It allows end users to leverage services such as IoT, Mobility and Machine Learning.

In short decoupling your solution is good, as the architecture allows each component to perform its tasks independently of the others. One of the key benefits is it allows for scalability as it separates the program's memory access and execute functions.
