A platform for sustainable growth for GJS

GJS Group is Australia’s premier provider of solutions and services for the textile, promotional products, customer photo gift, sign and display industries. They have been running SAP Business One since 2012 and wanted to streamline processes further to improve efficiency.

To maximise operational effectiveness at GJS Group they implemented The RIC Group’s Warehouse Management Solution. Greg Stone, Managing Director at GJS states the reason for selecting The RIC Group’s WMS is it is Australian made software with ongoing product enhancements which integrates seamlessly into their existing SAP Business One environment.

When asked about return on investment, Greg from GJS said “Since implementation we’re seeing a 77% reduction in costs associated with missing / misplaced stock in the warehouse. We have been able to employ a new warehouse store person and temporary staff during peak periods who have no prior knowledge of our products who learnt the software very quickly reducing our induction costs.”
